Ditto. And that's not even an exaggeration.

Like he shouldn't dominate like he does. And then he goes and shits on your team and rubs it in your face.

He sold his soul to the devil or something. He's on fire.

Tough sports year for you, huh?

Doesn't Boogie have kind of a shitty FG% for a center?

He's been on a tear lately, but his first 25 games or so he was pretty bad. To compare him to Shaq is a slap in the face to shaq

To be fair, he wasn't wrong. It's not bad, it's terrible.

Steph doesn't annoy me like Cam does, plus he's had more than one great season.

Allen is the closet to him and its not that close.

Allen gets a ton of love because of his career numbers and some great individual seasons, but Steve Nash is a guy who is criminally underrated in these threads.

In 06-07, Nash had an eFG% of 61.3% - the highest ever for a non-center in NBA history. He didn't get to the line a ton, but he was a 90% shooter there for his career and still managed a TS% of 65.4% in 2006-2007. Both his eFG% and his TS% are higher than Allen's career best by 3.0% or more - 57.7% eFG and 62.4% TS

Very well could be right about that. He had a great season for sure and was never a bad QB. But prior to this year he was a little better than middle of the pack, he made a huge leap this season. We'll see what happens going forward.

eFG% is .487, so its not bad at all. Especially when he has already shot 127 3's compared to previous of 22 total in a season.

You know you're in trouble when you're arguing that his 3-pt shooting needs to be included in a center's FG%.

Cousins is shooting 61.3% at the rim. That isn't good. At all.

Out of 41 centers averaging at least 4 FGAs per game and 20 minutes per game, Cousins is 32nd in eFG% and 35th in 2PT FG%.

Boogie shoots 3's and midrange jumpers, of course his FG% isn't great for a C. He also will rarely get the benefit of a whistle around the basket because past transgressions.

The guy has become the best big in the game. If we are going to get nitpicky about stupid shite then go ahead, I'm not wasting my time. I mentioned the 3's because it is new part to his game.

Well, that's a big knock against him then.

It isn't being nitpicky, it is simply a joke about about a subject that you brought up. How often do you hear someone reference the 3-point shooting ability of a true center?

Boogie Cousins' season is going widely unnoticed. I'm not sure if there has been a more dominant scoring big man since Shaq.

just in time too. for a while there he was in line to be one of the all time worst #1 picks. You can never top the couple of #3 picks overall who used cocaine, Len Bias and some mountain of a man that the Warriors picked from N C State. But for sheer emotional immaturity, it was looking like Boogie would be in the pantheon of eternal mockery.

At no point did I compare Boogie to Shaq. Not even close.

My post was as simple as this: When looking at Boogie's season, I am not sure we have seen as dominant of a scoring big man since Shaq.

The guy is finally getting some help and they are suddenly a playoff team. Odd. They are like 10-5 when WCS starts next to him.
