We always talk about the players who screw up i.e. Gordon, Bryant, Armstrong, Ben Johnson. But what coach would you say (besides Paterno)?

My nominee is Kevin Mackey former Cleveland St coach arrested for dui and had Coke in his system also.

Other nominations:
Bill Brown former Sac St coach who was arrested for trafficking of drugs
Larry Eustacy Natty Light picture at MU
Notes Richardson, went to his car to get a gun after argument in practice
Ryan Leaf, drug possesion and jail time

Former LSU asst coach Mike Haywood got fired before he ever coached his first game as a head coach at Ball State (I think) because he got arrested for domestic violence.

All those coaches had medium to small gigs.

Sark had one of the top jobs and his dream job.

And you have to think O'Leary still wonders what if at ND...at least he could have still been with the ACC and a major if he hadn't jumped ship.

Bliss should be in jail and he's coaching again.

Mackey would've had a major job in another year I believe. Cleveland St and SMS was great games in the AMCU

Scandal free candidate, Trent Johnson. It's been quite a decline since that SEC COY award.

Chris Jans? Nice little sexual harassment while drunk video surfaced during his first head coaching stint.

I'll throw in Mike Montgomery as a scandal free candidate. He had Stanford on top of the pac 12 regularly, jumped to the nba than disappeared.

I'll also throw Gary Barnett into the mix (not scandal free). Put northwestern on the map, had success at Colorado and then some unpleasant allegations came to light.

Mike Price is a good one I forget about him. I think because he somewhat redeemed himself at UTEP
