I am not going to include active coaches in this thread though.

I think it is Gene Keadey.

Others that deserve mention
Ralph Miller
Ray Meyer
Louis Carnesecca

How did I know you would bring up Guy V?

But I sometimes think of him as more of a recruiter not a tactician.

Are counting just Division 1 Championships? Cause if you are, Bo Ryan definitely has to be on the list.

Stevens, Krueger, Ryan, and Huggins are still active.

For what Carlesimo did at Seton Hall and how they have feel since he left, he should get some mention also.

National Championship in Division I? If so, Bo Ryan has to be near the top, if not the top, of this list...

At Wisconsin, he is 357-125 (.741) and owns a 172-68 (.717) in B1G contests, which is the best all-time.

Additionally, he has never missed an NCAAT in his 14 years as HC of the Badgers, been to seven Sweet Sixteens, three Elite Eights, two Final Fours, and a National Championship Runner-up.

Prior to his arrival, Wisconsin never won more than 22 games in a season. Since he has arrived in Madison, they have averaged nearly 26 wins each season.
