barry Best Louisiana Football Player You Played With Or Against quote: Let me guess you were in the band? I played football dipshit, but what's the point of this thread if you are asking for people no ones heard of?

Because it's interesting to hear stories about them if you don't mind. It was a joke about the band, but why so mad. Participate don't participate but don't be a dick.

Yeah that poor kid. That could have been easily prevented by the athletic trainers and staff

Terry Robiskie of Second Ward (now West St. John). I whiffed at the one chance I had to tackle him. He went on to LSU and was drafted by the Raiders. He is still coaching in the NFL.

With - Jimmy Williams (Vanderbilt, 49ers, Seahawks)
Against - Michael Clayton (LSU, Tampa Bay)

I missed the "against" being Peyton Manning by one year and Eli Manning due to a tiebreaker for the district title putting us against a north LA runner-up rather than wildcard Newman, which the district champ played

Played against Ike Hilliard (Patterson)put his arse out of the game for about 3 series!! Can still hear the crowd... Ooooohhhh!
Also got leveled by David lafleur (westlake) and Clifton Rubin (welsh/ Baylor) those were 2 big sum bitches.
I had the pleasure of watching Josh Reed on a weekly basis on the sideline while he was in high school with a buddy of mine... Him and A Train (Winfield/michigan) had a slug fest one year in the playoffs...
