imho it is huggy bear..

if you look at his career he has had two losing seasons since becoming a head coach back in 1980, (and it has been twenty years since his last one). Bob Huggins can coach up a team with the best of them, and he is almost an equally good recruiter.

i couldn't help but watch K-State game last night and think, "man, i wonder if k-state would really be that good if huggy bear wasn't there". I don't think they would even be in the same ball park.

I believe that huggy bear will turn the 'eers into a powerhouse in the next couple of years. If you have been watching the WVU this year you notice the discipline and sound techniques that huggy bear preaches constantly. But i whole heartily believe that Huggy Bear is the best coach in college basketball right now.

I actually like Huggins. He's just so open about what a scumbag he is. It's rather refreshing, the sheer lack of hypocrisy.

exactly, and that is why they love him at WVU. His shere openness of being a bit grimy at times, but from what friend said that played golf with him said he is a real down to earth guy

Drew at Baylor. From where they were to where they have been the past few season. Magnificent job.

I beleive his top assistant stayed and took the head coacching job when he left KSU.
The two of them had recruited some questionable players there and someone had to stay to babysit them.

Jim Boeheim is one of the true "good guys" in sports. I hate Syracuse as a general rule, but I root for the basketball team casually because of Boeheim.

Oh, and f$%# Coach K and his cheating arse. Gee, why do all of his former assistants get their programs on probation? I can't figure this out!

huggy bear is a WVU icon, he was a pretty damn good player in mo-town as well. If he stays at least 4 years i see them going to the final four at least two times
