For me, I happened on Vinny Pazienza v. Greg Haugen I while channel surfing a while ago. Incredible fight. I've seen the other two on tape and the first rematch was close to the first fight, IMO.

There was a recent special about the three fights on ESPN classic. If you are a boxing fan and have not seen the fights, it is well worth the watch.

First fight between Corrales and Castillo. 10th round was among the most exciting things I've ever seen in sports.

Castillo/Corrales was great

Most of Corrales' fights were fun to watch. He never gave up. Mayweather knocked him down what seemed like 7-8 times and he just kept getting up. His corner finally called it.

Live fight for me would be Cotto and Margarito . Cotto was destroying him for seven or eight rounds, and then we all know what happened next. ( now all seems clear)

Best overall, Ali vs Foreman, really needs no explanation.

I agree with this. I've probably watched this fight 50 times.

Hagler-Hearns round 1 is by far the best round ever.

Also notice it's on live television (ABC). A fight like that wouldn't sniff live television today...We'd all have to fork over $50 for PPV.

I am not saying that these were the best fights ever, but when I was younger the family would get together for big pay per views and those holyfield vs. bowe fights were pretty damn good.
