I say Beichick. It's a lot harder to win in the NFL when you don't have a gaping talent advantage compared to all the other teams and there are way more restrictions.

Saban was great, but he simply out-talented other people. Pats weren't always more talented. Bama never won a title against a more talented team IMO.

Belichick got to coach of the best players ever to play football for 20 years, imagine if Saban got to keep his best players for more than 3 or 4 seasons.

Bill had a goat QB for 20 years. Nick had to spin a new one up (as well as a brand new team) every few years and still sustained success.

Saban is the better coach.

Belichik has zero superbowls without Tom Brady.

Saban has seven national championships without Tom Brady.

Both very impressive. Belichick did it in a league designed to stay competitive across all teams. Saban established a competitive edge with a superior brand and monopolized talent.

However both are the greatest in their perspective leagues.

The NFL is and will always be the greater stage. Saban is the GOAT for CFB but it’s Bill.

Belichik hasn’t won shite without Tom Brady

Saban is the better coach. Brady winning a SB at Tampa at his age showed he was the bigger factor at New England

Saban and its really not even close.

Bill Belichik's record without Tom brady is abysmal. 84-103. That translates to a winning percentage of roughly 45%. He would be fired over and over if not for Tom Brady.

249-75 with Tom Brady with 6 championships.

Neither are as impressive as their resume shows.

Belichick showed he couldn’t win without Brady and Saban showed he couldn’t win without having a talent advantage.

You can bitch about and hate this post all you want but the proof is in the pudding. Both failed after losing their “bell cow”.

I’m not saying they were bad coaches by any means, just that the reality doesn’t exactly live up to the hype.

Peyton manning, Aaron Rodgers, Steve young, Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, Warren Moon, Fran Tarkenton and drew Brees have 5 super bowls combined

Just a reminder for all you dumbasses that think having a good qb makes it so easy in the nfl to win a Super Bowl

Saban is a far better leader

It's not even close in my opinion

Go listen to Bill talk and then listen to Nick

Saban

He’s won titles with every type of team and every type of player. Not to mention he dominated the SEC with teams at their peak like Florida, LSU, UGA, Auburn, etc

Bill won with Brady and defense in the weakest division in football for 20 years

It is when you have the GOAT QB. What has Bill done without Brady? Brady did pretty well without Bill

Manning, brees, Marino, young, Rodgers, Kelly, tarkenton have 5 combined titles

2022 was the first year ever Brady had a scoring defense not in the top 10

Saban was only an underdog 17 times at bama

He was a double digit favorite over 85% of the games

Belichik was over a double digit favorite roughly 2% of his games

Please keep comparing based on QBs

Imagine Belichik having an nfl team where he was better at you at almost every single position. He would do just fine with any average QB
