He's not really tall, but he's a big guy. Listed 6' 230

ETA: Looking at the IU roster, they have a pitcher named Eric Kartman.

After that, I could easily see them hosting over Purdue.

As an Ohio State fan, there is no excuse to why they cant be a top 25 team year in and year out. Simply unexcuseable! Hell, Ohio State isnt even the best program in Ohio....Kent State owns that title by a mile. The state of Ohio has plenty of talent, but Ohio State isnt getting those players. In fact, Kent State out recruits them every year. Ohio State had the chance last year to hire Strickland away from Kent State when Bob Todd retired, but what do they do...hire Beals from Ball State....Ball State really? Ohio State has great facilities by B1G standards, but simply no desire to market the team and the sport. Its frustrating to know that Ohio State could be so much better then what they are.

Other than the top 2 who share with minor league teams, the B1G facilities are worse than mid-major southern schools (Tulane, Rice, USM, TCU, Houston, etc). They are also way behind NW schools like Oregon & Oregon State. They field decent teams, but all of the elite midwest talent heads south or west.

I'm guessing you didn't watch any of it then. I didn't say the talent was better the tourney was more exciting and there was some good games.

Nebraska and Penn State.

Purdue just rebuilt its stadium. Michigan State and Michigan have put some money into theirs as well. Ohio State's is bigger, but those may be nicer.

Minnesota is building a new stadium as well.

But in all honesty making fun of big ten baseball is like big ten fans making fun of SEC club hockey. There's just no point in it.
