So 10/15th out of 32 starting QBs...

That's not very impressive

15th out of 32? Most people probably fall right in the middle just like Romo.

My profession has more than 32 jobs available

So yes I am better because I'm above average of the norm of my profession. Tony romo is at best just average

1. He's above average, let's be serious.

2. He just not just top 10 in the NFL, but top 10 in all of the US at his position.

If you can say the same, great for you.

Nope. I'm not even top 10,000 but I am still pretty good!

I'm 16th, but I just hired a personal trainer and plan on a rigorous training regimen this off-season.

Next year...

No, but neither is Romo

Opinions vary (for good reasons and weak ones), but are there really 15 guys you'd rather have right now? Really?

Come on...

Romo is number 5. Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Bree's, then Anthony

I think its a like reaction to all of the hate.

People hate Romo for the uniform he wears.

For instance: Why doesn't Stafford receive similar attention? He threw a pick 6 to cost his team their season yesterday, and hasn't won a Dec-Jan game in forever, it seems.

He has been receiving plenty of negative attention.

Incorrect. People hate Romo because the MEDIA tells them to. The second i hear someone say Romo sucks or isnt clutch, I immediately know not to ever listen to their opinion again. I know they are just a pawn of the media. Same as those clowns who used to say Lebron just didnt have "it" and would never be able to win.

Sure, but is he labeled a "choker", "unclutch", or whatever?

Did they basically invent a stat to chronicle and highlight the bad parts of his game (elimination game record) like they did with Romo?

You have already addressed the reason for this...Romo gets the attention because he is the Cowboys QB.

The question really is...why do you get worked up over it?

Who cares?...the fact they get a rise out of people like you is the sole reason they "invent" this stuff. My suggestion would be to start distancing yourself from sports talk...you will start to enjoy sports a lot more.

I am pretty sure nobody here could play quarterback at the professional level.

I think the biggest negative for Romo is his lack of wins in the playoffs. He has an owner that throws money to win (think Yankees, Lakers), but they don't. As the QB he gets the blame, fair or not.
