Are the Washington Wizards seriously the favorite to come out of the East now?

Of the 4 teams remaining, they have played the best basketball so far.

No they wont, but the Bulls/Cavs winner will be the favorite.

Nah. Wizards have a great backcourt, but that midrange jumpshooting offense they have will get them bounced from the playoffs eventually.

I've seen Bulls way more than anyone else since the Love injury

I think Vegas still has the Cavs

They match up very well with the Bulls. If they beat the Hawks and the Bulls beat the Cavs..watch out.

Pau and Noah would have a field day playing the Wiz

Get out of here. Did you even watch the series last year? Nene OWNS Noah. The Atlanta bigs are more of a mismatch for the Wiz.

Jeff Hornacek on midrange jumpers in the playoffs...

quote:

I think as coaches you also say, 'That's great, don't shoot those shots.' But then when you get in the playoffs, those are the shots you get because the defenses are so locked in, and you know how everyone plays, that those are the shots that come available, those 18-foot mid-range jump shots. And that's when you gotta make them. And if you haven't taken them all year long and then you're in the playoffs and you gotta make them, how's that going to work?"

They have this new guy. Pau Gasol. You heard of him?

Bulls have one of the best defensive 2's in the league. Beal won't have Korver and Derozan "guarding" him.

They will probably implode like last year. They beat the Pacers game 1 too

Right, because he was such a force against them this season. Beal did just fine against the Bulls last season in the playoffs. Educate yourself.

They are really good... They just played bad post all star break but have a very good roster and are capable of playing at a high level.

But favorite? Idk about that. Gotta think the winner of the Bulls/Cavs series will be the favorite.

0% chance Chicago loses to Washington with homecourt in a 7 game series

Wizards were 3-0 last year at Chicago in the playoffs. Keep em coming.

Without DRose, Pau, and this year's Jimmy Butler.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Still a long way to go.
