I've heard those every year about both squads for over a decade now

Pop and the Spurs may not defeat father time, but they're gonna take 'im to multiple OTs

This is going to be the year that Tim Duncan's leg falls off.

Toby did you know that the JJ's are old?

I often wonder how a team wins while using walkers, oxygen, and Viagra. Guess we need to look back at 2 years ago?

Might have to use his cane while it sets for the first few weeks of the season tho. Hopefully he doesn't get carried away and pop harden upside his beard again

I hope Aldridge can play defense that's needed. People talk about the Spurs offense and ball movement, but their team defense is amazing. They rebound as a unit, which is why you never see gaudy stats by just 1 interior guy. They buy into their systems.

No kidding. This deal ensured the Spurs will not be rebuilding any time soon. They will be contenders for the foreseeable future

He will struggle against stretch 4's, but he can handle his own against back to the basket type of guys.

Portland wasn't very good against the pick and roll against Memphis is in the playoffs, but I think that might have more to do with Lillard being an atrocious defender.

Well one of those days it will have to come true for Duncan and Co., but their longevity and Pop's handling of their minutes has been remarkable.

I credit the Spurs' Cyborg Program for their longevity, tbh.

How are you going to deal with a whorn leading your beloved Spurs to a title?

First off, this will never be LMA's team. But I'm fine with it as a Sooner fan. It's all about winning

Cavs have a better supporting cast as well with Mozgov, Thompson, Shumpert, Dellavadova, and Jones over Dead legs Parker, Has been Ginobli, And Green.

Holy shite you're dumb

You really like the Spurs players 4 through 9 better than the Cavs. I don't. The Cavs will be in year two with nearly all the same players and will take a huge step forward. I see 60 wins if LeBron, Kyrie, and Kevin play 75+ games each.

Yes, Absofrickinglutely I will take Parker, Ginobili, Green and Diaw over Thompson, Mozgov, Shump, Jones and Delly. Jones and Delly are easily the two worst players of that group and Mozgov and TT are solid but won't look as good as they did this postseason if they're going up against the Spurs.

Delly has had his moment in the sun. He'll never have to buy a drink in Cleveland again, but he is very replaceable.
