True story: I asked Andre Reed for his autograph while he was sitting at the gate in the Buffalo airport when I was a child. He turned me down and walked away.

I don't recall JFF doing anything to get out of sorts about. It's becoming fashionable to dump on the guy for having the audacity as a Heisman Trophy winner to slay bitches and gamble after dismantling OU in the Cotton Bowl and for having a good time and causing no particular harm to anyone.
I've seen guys who acted worse after cashing their Pell Grant check than Johnny has done.
But wait we want everyone to say the same clichéd lines, have false humility and be as boring and bitter as some over the hill four time loser.

Spot fricking on. It's hilarious how righteous people are about JFF. Fact is, he's living a 21-22 year old dude's dream right now. He's banging models, making millions, doing lines in a Vegas bathroom, and will probably start for an NFL team at some point this season. Essentially a red blooded American male's dream.

The only difference between him and most dudes at that age in the league is JFF has douche friends/aquaintances who take pictures of everything he does.

He was a great football player and he's voicing an opinion that the public clearly is reading. As a great football player, he has that soapbox and he is using it.

My observation:
I don't see anyone saying he's going to take the league by storm (there might be some posters here saying that, but I haven't seen it). There are alot of people that like to come in and say he sucks or whatever. Then the people who like him have to defend, but they usually go over the top in their defense.
Just my observation.
I don't know if he'll be good or not. And I'm sick of all the stories about him. But, I do like that he's living large.
