Warriors at this point are 14-0, while the Bulls were 12-2.

Ron Harper recently said the Bulls would've swept this team.

I don't think the Warriors could handle Pippen and MJ defensively in a series. Thompson would get worn down, and even though Curry would get his, Harper probably makes him work for all of his points. I also don't think the Warriors could go with their small lineup with Draymond at the 5.

Rodman would make life miserable for Bogut.

Bulls in 5-6 imo.

Bulls 174, Warriors 3. Ditka calls in at the end of the game and tells the Bulls to allow a 3 so Curry can keep his streak alive.

DAAAAH Bulls.

It's impossible to compare teams from such different eras.

If you plucked that Chicago team from their era and put them up against this Warriors team it wouldn't surprise me if they got swept. They wouldn't, because Jordan would have a GOAT game or two, but the Warriors would win with little doubt in my mind.

The Bulls would be hitting their midrange shots and thinking their fine only to look up and see they're down by 10. Those teams simply didn't realize that the three is worth 1.5x more than a two. The Warriors have more depth than that team and could throw tons of people at Jordan and Pippen.

The Bulls would try to beat them up like the Cavs wanted to, but the Bulls team never had dominant frontlines. I'm not saying the Warriors teams is better (although it could be), but this matchup would be bad for the Bulls IMO.

Jordan would guard curry. That alone would be the reason i think the bulls probably win. Especially if you did 1997 rules

Well Lebron kept the finals competitive without having a Pippen as a sidekick. I don't think it would be hard to imagine Jordan and the Bulls doing some work on the Warriors.

If the Warriors had to play the style of play that existed in the 90s, Jordan would own Curry. The Warriors benefit greatly from not having to play the physical style of basketball of the 90s.

Bulls also had toni kukoc who is one of the three best 6th men of all time, and dennis rodman as well. neither team is great inside, and the bulls could have either pippen or jordan guard curry. bulls in 6.

I hate when we compare teams like this, we will never know, why down a team to make your team look so much better. The warriors are making history right now, just enjoy the ride.

same reason why bulls fans always do this to lebron. the fact that the warriors can get to 70 makes them insecure

than the 95-96 Bulls? The Bulls led the NBA in offensive and defensive efficiency in their 72 win season. Their offensive rating was actually higher than the Warriors is this year.

90's style defense? It isn't close. In today's game? More even maybe, but don't forget Kerr was hitting 50% from 3 in 95/96.

It's definitely possible and this is a fun debate, but that series' "competitiveness" to start was more the Warriors just playing like absolute dogshit as opposed to anything the Cavs did.

Once how Warriors settled down they put it on em easy.

The Bulls would be a terrible matchup for the Warriors, esp since the Warriors dont have a legit post player.

Jordan would harass Curry.
Pippen on Thompson
Rodman on Draymond

Those are some badddddd matchups for Golden State when they have the ball.

Rating isn't what I'm talking about. Defense was much much more aggressive in the 90s. People always had their hands on one another and it was a lot more violent. Driving the lane in the 90s was an ordeal.
