I could not care less about Gunner, but why would people use the "it's Toledo" argument when everyone went apeshite over what our boys did against Sam Houston St.?

Guys he is not a Tiger so I don't really care, but I watched portions of that game. He can make all the throws. 25 for 37 418 yards and 6 TD passes. Chest or not with his size and arm strength, he has a shot to get into the league. He had a couple of decent runs as well. just saying

His footwork is atrocious, also looks to have stone feet. He has a strong arm and maybe that makes up for it but will get crushed against blitz heavy teams and teams that apply pressure.
Exactly! Like I was saying, a young Mett.

THIS!

It is nice to see more unbiased posters on the Rant when it comes to guys that do not play for LSU. It is what it is... We did not get him. It doesn't mean he is not good. He sure as hell looks a lot better than some of the LSU QBs we've suffered through in the past.

I started a Gunner Kiel thread yesterday and it was deleted. I wonder why this thread aint been shut down yet. Guess I don't have the "chest" that other thread starters have.

wait for it wait for it, wait for it.

LSU fans will die before they ever admit a recruit that shunned us is ever good

Speedy Noil will be an AA

Kiel looked very good for his first game. Good for him

Maybe so but "stone feet" made about a twenty-thirty yard run and tried to run over the DB, in the first half. He may have questionable foot work but he can run and his passes were on target.
