NFL
NBA

NCAAF

NCAAB
Soccer - Mainly just world cup
Hockey - Used to love Hockey and would watch the Dallas Stars religiously, but for years and year I don't catch games. Just fell off. If Louisiana had a pro team it would be just behind NFL/NBA

Baseball - I enjoy it in person somewhat, but I feel it's a chore to watch on television. I have no team to cheer for. If I had to choose teams it would be the Astros or Cubs.

1. Football - #1 by a significant margin. LSU football and the Saints will always be my top 2 teams.

2(a). Basketball - I love college basketball, and watching UVA in March Madness is the only allegiance that even approaches the Saints and LSU football for me. The current talent in the NBA is also great to watch.
2(b). Soccer - Love the Premier League on TV early Saturdays and though not as accessible, I'm a huge Roma fan in Serie A.

3. Baseball - Enjoy following the Nationals, but not that passionate about it. I'm a big LSU and UVA baseball fan as well.

4. Hockey - It's an entertaining game and the Caps have a passionate following here in DC, but I just can't get into it like the above sports. That said, live playoff hockey in the NHL is one of the better sporting events you can attend.

1) Football - dad has been LSU season ticket holder for about 40 years now
2) Soccer - started following the USMNT and that led me into the EPL and haven't looked back. Love waking up early on the weekends with my kids, watching 4 hours of coverage or so, and it's 11 AM

3) Baseball - was my favorite sport to play growing up but as I have gotten older I find it increasingly hard to follow with interest. Just don't have enough time

4) Basketball - never really played growing up. Casually follow LSU and the Pels when I can

5) Hockey - I will preface this by saying that playoff hockey is awesome and I will tune in to any game 7 there is. However I don't know or understand the game enough to truly appreciate it

1. Baseball - Houston Astros
2. Football - NO Saints

3. Basketball - Houston Rockets (were closest team my whole childhood growing up and can't change that for a team that showed up a little over decade ago)

4. Soccer - Houston Dynamo

5. Hockey - Dallas Stars

Thread title is faulty. There are only 4 major sport leagues here in the U.S., and soccer isn't one of them so shouldn't even be in the discussion. Based on the amount of games I watch in the regular season and playoffs and my level of interest in following the standings, playoffs, player movements, etc.

1. Hockey - I will watch almost a game a night in season, multiple playoff games a night.
2. Baseball - Like hockey I will have a game on every night
3. Football - not as many games so not as many dates. Mainly Sunday, Monday, and Thursday night games with the occasional Sunday afternoon game. So yeah, lots of NFL.

The first 3 are pretty equal in termns of the amount of each I watch as a percentage of the season. I watch a lot of sports, a game is always on the TV or radio.

4. Basketball - I cannot tell you the last time I watched a regular season game. In its entirety, probably never. I will watch a couple of Finals games each year. Just not my thing.
