They stuck to football and they still cant fill the stands

Cater to your base and the fans will come!

great sellout

I thought less protests would fill the stands?

I find nothing funner than how the NFL has bent over backwards to local police unions and a minority of servicemen and women that cry about the protests (most don't give a rats arse).

Yet they still cant fill their stands.

Their fans probably murdered each other in the parking lot.

You showed the Rams too.

It's not just L.A. It's the NFL in L.A. (and it's also just the NFL) It's crappy stadium too.

But USC/Stanford compared to the NFL:

L.A. might be the only major metro city in America that is a college town.

LAs Vegas is making the worst investment a city could make right now in terms of that stadium they are building via the pillaging and raping of taxpayers funds.

Mark Cuban was right; the NFL has forced football down our throats...and the quality of play, especially from the marquee position, has been horrible the past few years.

They give us a shitty product, on a constant news cycle, and couple that with incompetent leadership and corrupt controversies. Its not surprising that the fans have bucked back at this crap they give us.

I was so thrilled when Oakland decided not to give the Raiders that corporate welfare queen handout for the stadium. Investing in a football team is horrible decisions right now

The Rams and 49ers combined to win six games last season, so that could be playing a role in fan interest.

49ers messed up when they built the new stadium so far away from San Francisco. Nobody wants to drive that far away to see a game especially when they suck.
Chargers messed up when you left a loyal fan base to another city where the Oakland raiders are the favorite team. Los Angeles has enough teams in the city to pull for. I don't feel bad for neither one of them and that includes my favorite team the 49ers lol.

Sounds like a California problem. Both Texas teams sold out today.

Most teams do fill up the stadiums. LA shouldn't have two teams

And the NFL still has more fans, makes more money, gets better ratings for all games even over the top college match up, and let this sink in, college football is a minor sport compared to the NFL and always will be. Cleveland could
Be playing the bills on national tv ag the same time as if both undefeated Alabama and LSU were playing at the same time and the 1 vs 2 college games would get destroyed in the head to head ratings,

Idk why Kaepernick even wants to play in the NFL anymore for a bunch of rich white plantation owners. I mean, he can gang up with Shaun King now and fight for the cause 24/7!

That's some impressive logic. Team has trouble filling stands on its own...therefore, spectacle that turns off fans isn't a big deal.

NFL shits all over CFB but college fans try and spin it opposite for some reason

that's a fairly generic statement. How does the NFL "shite all over" CFB exactly?

Good god, in the 49ers game, the sections around midfield literally have 10 people in each section.

Whats that all about?

Thread is not even about college football, yet insecure NFL fans are still here to remind everyone how much better it is.
