Thats true but arent most of the payments to the actual parents or caregivers of these athletes? If so, then the trust fund deal wouldnt work, although I think thats a good idea.

Is EBYL and AAU Nike also under investigation? If so, oh lordy all the major NCAA school will be sweating. Also the Workd Summit games or whatever Nike calls that thing has just got to be goldmine of improper/illegal things.
