Early season schedule for SMU will be a big step up as they have BYU, TCU, FSU, and UL are in their first 5 games. SMU was also supposed to play Vandy but the Dores dropped them so they could play Ball State instead. Right now sounds like Hawaii will replace them.

Weird year with 3 byes for teams like FSU. Typical season used to only having 1

Louisville vs Stanford
Cardinals vs Cardinal
Not crazy about 4 of our last 5 games being on the road

This is not a P5 conference. The competition within the conference is weak and the non-conference games are not with nationally ranked teams.
The 12 teams should come exclusively from the SEC and Big 10 conferences. If the selection committee wants to be magnanimous they can offer ACC cupcakes as 11&12 to help out the 5&6 teams get warmed up for the second round of the playoffs.
Sisters of the Poor>ACC

Stanford and Cal not playing on the last weekend of the season? WTF? Is that normal?

It's funny how SEC fans get their jimmies rustled over the ACC lol

If there was such the event as the "CBS SEC prime time game" for the ACC, which of these games would it be?
FSU clemson?
FSU clemson?

Normal. Stanford and Cal always play the weekend before Thanksgiving. This has worked out well as USC and UCLA has done the same thing, and Stanford and USC would swap playing Notre Dame as the last game and Cal would frequently play UCLA as the last game. It worked out for everybody.

Wow. ACC is sensitive. How about toughening up? That’s why the ACC is weak.
You can’t handle the truth.

Nothing screams "the leftovers" like the 2024 ACC
