GB isn't getting "drilled", especially in that weather.

Was at the Bengals/Chargers playoff game in Cincy, the coldest game in NFL history I think.

Your hot chocolate froze before you could drink it. Great football weather though. Quit being pansies....

Unless I can start a fire on the ground in front of me, I'm out.

Part of this is on the NFL and NBC for putting that game at late afternoon and the Saints game @ Philly at night (the INdy game clearly should have been the night game).

Wind chill warning
Frostbite possible in 5-10 minutes

I don't care how tough you are, this will not be fun for anyone.

Anyone not wearing cold gear is just plain crazy. The human body doesn't care about your toughness persona. -13/-37 your skin will burn and frostbite is not a condition to blow off. Only way I'd go to this game is in full artic gear.

Know what, you can enjoy being a "real" man with your hot chocolate popsicle that you aren't even sure you're holding because your fingers are dead

Have fun. I'll be at home hopefully watching it on TV. Down to around 1,000 tickets left according to the team.

I went hiking in Alaska last month and it was -5 in the mountains, but there was no wind and it was sunny. I got hot and took off my jacket, the more active you are and the more you move around and expend energy you generate body heat and stay warm

Doesn't even compare.

I'd rather be outside when it's 25 outside but sunny & no wind compared to 45 but 19mph wind & overcast.

So not only will it be colder in GB it will be windy as frick.

Player safety is really a concern. frick you Godell.

What is Goodell to do in this situation? Postpone the game? Move it to San Fran?

Been part of a day that is wind chill of -37. You just go numb instead of any pain with being cold

and sitting in it for several hours your liable to end up in real bad shape.

if it werent for revenue, the obvious answer would be to move the game to either an earlier time slot than 4pm or saturday.

This. or move it to another city if you have to. Sucks for Green Bay but we are talking about player safety here.

It's not safe playing NFL football in -39 degree wind chill.
