You guys have done well. I'm at 4.625

It's on a double so that bumped me up a little.

Got the same rate, 3.625%,when I got a quote in February and closed in March. Anything below 4% is very good

I'm a first time home buyer with a credit score of 745, and the lender is offering me 3.625% interest rate with a 3.8% APR 30 year. For all the homeowners, are those good rates for me; what are some of the rates you locked in? TIA

Closed on that exact same rate with Chase Home Mortgage in May of 2013. You cannot beat a $804/month house note, PITI included.

Refinanced Friday at 3.625%.

Locked it in last month with GMFS. Wife was at 5.25% when she purchased in '09.
