Rolled 15K into a Roth Account from other accounts. Assuming you were in charge of allocation what would you do. (Read some past posts about this issue, but want to know current ideas)

Whatever the allocation is, it should be with consideration of your overall portfolio and not in its own vacuum.

I'm 70% VTSAX and 30% VWIGX.

Lets assume no other portfolio to speak of. Wife has teacher retirement and I have an annuity (couple of 401Ks rolled over).

Not enough information. For instance: how old are you... 24, 64 or somewhere in between?
It's a good question, but there's really not a one size fits all answer.

If you don't have an interest in investing, tax-efficient fund placement, tax loss harvesting, tilting, or anything like that, since this is a Roth, you could do a lot worse than picking a target date fund. Very diversified, and becomes more conservative over time.
