I don't feel like explaining it, but I don't think it's a red flag at all.

It is to the person reading your resume - I may use that space to explain the 2 jobs in 18 months and why you are looking now.....

.....and why I should gamble on you.

Sorry to Derail but it has to do with my resume as well..
Graduating in December and my grandfather is urging me to put my picture on my resume.. I just don't see that as being beneficial at all to me.. this can't be the norm is it?

No, do not put a picture on your resume.

Unless you're trying to join a sorority, don't do that.

I don't know if paw paw realizes it's not 1960 anymore. I figured not to but he's a pretty powerful/ well connected guy in his industry but he is getting old.

He probably doesn't look at resumes unless someone filters and puts them there.

Probably thinks you should walk place to place and just hand resumes in person too

That would be a big no. Companies aren't supposed to hire or discriminate based on race, age, sex, etc. so don't open that can of worms.

Meh, if you're moving up it isn't a bad thing. Changing jobs is the best way to get a pay increase at the beginning of your career.

If you're a white male, you're probably going to get an automatic DQ if you put a picture on your resume. HR issues on discriminatory hiring aren't worth even bringing you in for an interview at that point.

1) Ditto on the picture. No picture.

2) No objective. Complete waste of space.

3) You are going for your 3rd job since finishing school less than 2 years ago? This will be a major red flag, IMO. General guideline is 2 years before jumping ship. There are differing opinions on this, but there will be some managers that will put you in the "no" pile solely because of you changing positions this often.

If they dismiss me for that, then so be it. I'm not in a rush to leave, but this an opportunity I've eyed a while, and I finally have the correct amount of experience to apply. Taking a flyer here, but I've got nothing to lose.
