Then what's the problem? That's why you speak to your banker. The company as a whole is interested in generating profit through fees but your banker had a vested interested in keeping you happy as a customer.

Had capital one when they bought out Hibernia.
Nothing but trouble. Card was declined once with a cart full of groceries, they had some data stolen and deactivated all cards within a certain range.. never bothered to tell me or send a replacement.
Went with Regions and they've been great.
