Would you say that the PowerPoints helped out a lot for the final? I noticed that a lot of the topics are listed in the PowerPoints. Or did she go into detail from the text?

For MADM752, it's hard to remember now where I saw the information that was ultimately on the test. I did review both the slides and the text specifically in the areas she mentioned in the exam description prior to taking the test, but did not re-watch the videos.
I felt like I may have even spent too much time on review because I finished with several minutes to spare even after re-checking my answers - and did quite well. There was so much repetition of the same topics over and over in the book that the answers were pretty easy to remember. Most of them also had easily identifiable "wrong" answers that you could eliminate, which was not like the MindTap quizzes.

I made a B on the final. Hopefully I will be able to get an A in the class. I am standing at a 89.9 without the roundtable and profile included.

DONE with MKT701! Time for
Gained 8 points by taking the last quiz. Had a strong A going into it but with 3 grades (2 worth a lot of points) still outstanding, I didn't want to chance it.
After that first quiz it ended up being a fairly easy class... just really demanding.

Just finished MADM 701 as well. That last test was rough! Ended up with a 94 on the test though, was very surprised with that score because there was some guessing going on! I am currently sitting at a 89.01 and I seriously doubt any rounding will be taking place with Dr. Williams!! Here is to my first "B" in the program and being halfway done now 
!!! On to Fin 710 in a week. If anyone has that class as well I am open to study partner, that has helped a lot so far for me and the others involved. His class looks rough and it is crazy that there is only 1 week in between week 1 and week 2 with all the material that is covered for each test! Good Luck and everyone enjoy their week break!!! :cheers: :cheers:

GSMBA, don't be afraid to send her an email. Remind her that you submitted all assignments and never missed anything. She may round up to a 90%. I've gotten the roundup treatment from Mabry in MADM 720. Good luck!

I agree with emailing her and mention the learning curve with using Orion and it being a bit misleading in your understanding (percentage-wise). That resulted in a low score for me on test one. Hsieh killed my 4.0 in a previous course so for MADM 701 I stopped at a B. I didn't bother with the last two weeks of writing. (I have two classes left so I guess you can call it senioritis of some form.) I'm in Fin 710!

Congrats on finishing up. I finished up MADM 701 and MKT 701 yesterday as well. In MADM I am sitting at an 89.69. I did complete the Discussion forum early this week so hopefully the gives those 10 bonus points she promised and that will push me over the hump for an A. I agree, its time for a short break and only one more session left for this guy.

I will be taking ISDS 705 and FIN 710 next session to wrap up so I know some of us will be in the same class again from previous posts, but those of you that have FIN 710, did you notice that Vines is also listed as a teacher of the class along with Hsieh? I wonder if they are going to co-teach or if thats purely for the office hours they mention in moodle? I'd love to have Vines again
