I dropped 752 after the first week. Absolutely useless material unless you are managing a family business. They should remove small business from the course title. Every chapter was family related.

Honestly studied the same except read "Beyond the Pages" sections and tried to think of how it could apply more in real world scenarios. Seemed to help; hopefully it helps others.

I studied like hell for the MADM 701 exam. Read the chapter 4 times. Listened the videos twice. Still only made an 84.
I have no issues with making an 84 when putting in 'b' level effort, But I'm putting in 'a' effort.

Just finished MADM 701 exam also, read the chapters and power points multiple times and made a 78 again. Maybe it is just me, but there were a couple questions that I don't even remember reading about those concepts at all in the material

Maybe she plans to scale? Anyone who has taken the course care to share if she curved the grades?

If its Felice Williams for MADM 701, I don't remember her ever curving grades. I enjoyed the material, but really didn't care for her or the coaches in the class.

I made the same score. I emailed about one question on the exam, because I read EVERYTHING and don't recall seeing it. I asked which chapter it came from. So we will see.

Agreed!! She has to be using a test bank and it's likely outdated versus the new edition of the book. I seriously cannot stand professors who don't actually want to teach you. I don't want to hear a word about 200 plus students, because Vines is always interacting. Even Hayati interacted with the large classes. At this point, why are of either of us wasting our time? It's just a check box for the degree and that's sad because it could have been presented differently. Just my opinion.

Just knocked a 96.67 on the MKT quiz. Not gonna lie... I studied a lot. I have never put in so many reading & study hours for 58 points in my life. 
Now to start on this Strategy Brief. The work needed to pull an A in this class is ridiculous. Think I'm going to have to hire someone to mow my lawn for the next 5 weeks because I sure don't have the time!

Yea felice williams never curved when I took her. I made Cs and low Bs on all the test... no matter how much effort i put forth. I just focused in the papers and discussions to boost my grade. I ended up with 90 in the class.

ended with an 84 as well. much better than last week (72), but I still felt I should have scored better. What I did differently this week was I re-read my lowest scored section in each chapter, and did about 50 practice questions until I was getting most of them right....still not digging the class (madm 701)

Congrats brent, how did you study for MKT this week? I will probably brave the test sometime tonight, but thankfully my group is pretty much finished with our Strategy Brief

Read the chapters early in the week (Sun & Mon) while highlighting what I thought was important. Read them again Thurs & Fri writing down some notes. Today re-read the highlighted material, my notes, and the end of chapter summaries a couple of times.
I think she toned it down a bit too. By process of elimination some of the MC questions were pretty easy. Still some trickery and vague ones though.

I need 2 electives to finish the program. Summer Ap2 does not look promising as far as professors go, anyone transfer credits in before? If so, where and what course was it and what did LSUS give you?

wolfpack have you taken ISDS 702? I think you can take ISDS 705 as an elective if so. I haven't heard any negatives about that class.
Do you have any insight on Kimberly Williams for MADM 720? professorratings only has a Kimberly Williams in HRM at LSU Baton Rouge. Not sure if it's the same one but her ratings are all great.

I have taken 702. 705 is with Binshan Lin, and his reviews are awful. I look at his syllabus for the class and the entire course is graded on 3 proctored exams and that is it. anyone else have experience with him?
