Jeaux Cool, I don't think Ambrosio is doing ACCT 701 during summer; only McGee but he is teaching it in the Fall. Due to this, I'll take Mkt 701 in summer AP1 and finish with ACCT 701 and FIN 701 in fall AP1.

In my first week with Dr. Vines in FIN 730. Would you say the test is mostly off of his handouts and questions he assigns? I have been reading the book but I feel like I'm falling behind on my studying because of all the reading. Any info helps

Anyone in MADM 760 with Meeks? Does your first quiz score say 60? I got 20/20 but by score says 60. I just took the 2nd quiz and got 20/20 and now my score says 20. Anyone know whats up with this?

I was able to view upcoming sessions on the registration section. Can't register until the 3rd but you can see Summer and Fall course offerings and teachers now.

What's your strategy for studying? Are you heavily focusing on chapter 3 material or on the 8 practice exam questions? Seems like a low number for a practice exam, a mere 8 questions.

Working all examples, exercise, and appendix problems he assigned for each chapter and also working the practice questions. Hoping to leave no stone unturned.

Thanks for that tidbit of info. Think I will be taking FIN 701 instead and hold off on ACCT 701 until the Spring

Tigerfan0906, if the test are anything like his 701 class, it will be almost 100% from the reading guide and assigned problems. I've been reading the chapters but they are much more difficult to read than the 701 text. In his reading guide, Dr. V doesn't seem very fond of the way the text presents the information so I've resorted to just skimming it and focus on the guide and problems.

Look at his syllabus. In certain chapters, he designates specific appendix problems to work.

Ok thanks. I will check out the syllabus later. You're right about bring chapter 3 heavy. Practice problem number 8 about the oil spill seems really easy. Where did he work that one out?
