Ouch. Down around 17% as of noW.

Slowest revenue growth since the company went public. Hope nobody was over-exposed..

I'm not a fashionable guy so I know zero about this company's products...it was already at a 52 week low though. Opportunity knocks?

Maybe. It may just be a fad that has ended in women's fashion. It was wildly popular for a while as far as I could tell.. SO and sister both got MK watches and purses in the last couple years. Haven't heard anything about it since.

Anyone who didn't see this as the flash in the pan that it was is very dense. I should call my old cohorts and remind them about my warnings on this stock.

KORS is done. It's too trendy now, selling for prices that even folks in poverty can afford. When they first came out they were pretty much exclusive to the 22-30 year old upper middle class females.

Kors is done... Agreed that Tory Burch is the future for middle to upper middle class females.

I'm having a hard time convincing myself of this. The company could not continue to grow at the rate it was growing. I think their spectacular growth from the start is catching up with them. The company has no debt, solid margins, and a P/E of 11. IMHO, I think the stock will rebound long term.

I read a lot of the conf call transcript I think it's a good buying opportunity.

Still need to dig in some more though.

I'm not a stock guru but as someone in their mid-20's whose married to someone the same age who likes to keep up with fashion trends, KORS is done. It's just not trendy anymore, in fact it's the opposite, women who wear KORS now missed the boat and look like try hards. I've seen women get laughed at for having KORS clothing.

That 20-35 year old market is just horrible since they look for status symbols. If you price too high, they can't afford it but if you price too low then it no longer is a status symbol.

You make money not on sales volume but profit margin. Sales volume kills the business

My wife is a handbag buyer for a very large retailer in the US. The Kors brand still brings a TON of money in and could very well be their highest earning brand. It may have taken a step back from its peak, but it is no where close to being a laughable brand.

Why anyone would invest long term into any type of women's fashion is beyond me. Women are too fickle.

I'm just stating what I've witnessed firsthand. It is very well a dying brand.
