Usually to get those jobs you have to do your time (2-3 years) in the big 4. Yes the hours suck, the pay does not. I'm willing to bet there aren't a lot of jobs that start you off at 50k+ in this economy. I'm not sure what people expect to get paid out of college with only a busy season internship under their belts. Just my two cents.

MUCH more selective for ACCT/FIN campus recruits than B4
