So how does it work I have not done much individual stock buying nor any in this situation. Does trading hault when they file? Stock name will change?
I saw EXXIQ is what it will come back as.
Also does anyone know how this effect energy partners and m21k?
And it looks like it includes all of them epl and so on.

Hell, I thought about picking up a few thousand shares. I mean, look at SUNE, they jumped like 60% today. Pure gamble, may as well go to the casino. I'm usually pretty good at blackjack.

Through restructuring that all creditors have officially agreed to, total debt has been reduced from 3 billion to 200 million.
So how does this happen? I don't understand? The creditors agreed to and have officially wiped out 2.8 billion in debt and debt payments.

So the debtors now have a huge stake in the company? To accept 2.8 billion being washed away they must have great faith in the new company right? My shares don't go away right? I just get shares in the new company as well right?
