If they file it will hurt knowing I could have made 10k profit had I sold Monday, I could still cash out right now and only lose 1-2k
But if they successfully restructure the debt and avoid bankruptcy we will be dancing

If they do go chapter 11 the stock may continue to trade and who knows where it ends up
I wish I would have pulled out my initial investment at 1.24 this week then I could have still held a nice chunk of stock but been playing with house money, now I'm all in again for better or worse

I dont think they will file....this time. I think they either re work there debt or just pay the 8mil. Its the next one thats due is the big one I think.

Go back and check the tape in NASDAQ's site. Somebody did something cause this thing did nothing all day then I get home last night and checked my stocks and it was up nicely. Hopefully this will hold and you can get with some money this time!

If/when they actually anounce the filing I'm guessing it will tank more...but if they restructure well enough they can recover stock wise over time
