Couple of questions about syncing up credit card payment dates

This is probably a really simple thing to figure out and I'll feel like a moron when somebody posts the answer, but whatever.
How do I sync up my due dates for multiple cards without paying any interest? I don't carry a balance on them and don't want to pay interest just for changing the due dates. Also, in order to make it easier to track what was spent in what month, is it better to make them all due on the 1st or on the 28th?
They're all Chase cards and I can easily request a new due date online, but it mentions that interest accrual for the first new due date might increase that bill. I just want everything to be clean and simple - all expenditures for July are due in August, expenditures from August are due in September, etc. Right now it's chaos; one card due early in the month for three weeks two months ago and one week of last month, another card due towards the end of the month for two weeks two months ago and two weeks last month unless it was a long month then it's two and half or three weeks two months ago and one and a half weeks from last month and another card that oh god I've gone cross-eyed.

If you pay the statement balance then you won't be charged interest.
It is just referring to the fact if you say, you charged up $100 due on the 1st, move the date to the 15th, and don't pay, then of course you will be charged more interest to cover that new 15 day period where it accrued.
They don't try to screw you over by having you change the due date but making you guess what the old date was and hit you with interest from left field if you don't pay.
Usually, I believe the due date stays the same for present statement cycle and doesn't switch until you make that payment anyways.

You can call them and ask. (or do it online like you said through Chase). They will change the date a month out from your normal due date.
So say your cards are due on the 15th and you want them to be due on the 25th. Your next due date is September 15th and the one after that will be October 25th (or something like that).

Pay statement balance or above on or before due date.

For Amex, if it is a credit card you can change it online. For a charge card you have to call them.

I wouldn't spent another second worrying about this. Pay the cards when you get paid. I don't know what my due dates are and I don't care. I get paid, I go adjust my budget software, set the cards to pay that day, easy peazy, lemon squeezy.

I mean if he gets paid once a month on the 1st I probably wouldn't set my statement due date for the 30th of the month.
The due date is setup based on when the account was created. There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't change the due date to something that makes the most sense for you.

I kinda like the 1st of the month. It is like having the waxing pulled at once with the mortgage going out at the same time.
