I have an interview next week with a group.....they ve already brought up salary on their own....very competitive....
But I live in New Orleans and job is in College Station.
The market is saturated for my field in gulf area but not other parts of country.
Do I make it a priority to sign me?

Once you get to the negotiation stage, mention it is a top priority.

I ve already done 2 phone interviews they love me.....pay is lil better than NOLA and permanent position as opposed to PRN.
And it's 100 bucks an hr after 3:30pm.
Biggest cons:
1) Aggies
2) distance from home
3) no student loan help.

I go to college station a good bit for work. You don't want to live there.

Been a few times, not that bad. Also you could easily live in the woodlands or in Conroe if you don't like CS.

What's the job? I'm assuming oil and gas, but not sure.

Nah bob it's with an anesthesia group.
1) I'm really looking for autonomy and they provide it.
2) their base is solid for a new grad.
3) the OT is there to be made

Easily?
75 miles 1 way from The Woodlands, made that drive for the game this past fall.
Conroe is maybe 10 miles less
