I think Louisville and Ohio State can be jumped. A one loss LSU team with 3 top 10 victories (Bama A&M UGA rematch) would play the undefeated Pac 12 champion.

An Ohio State team that has won it's last 24 games will not be jumped.

An Ohio State team with a cupcake schedule can be jumped... The pollsters have massive respect for the SEC and deservedly so...even in a down year.

I get that, and that's why USCe and Ole Miss are sticking around in the top 25.. and why aTm, Georgia, and LSU are still in the top 10.

But the fact that in any other year, OSU would have been playing for a NC holds more weight, IMO.

Anyone two teams other than Louisville would keep us out. I think a one-loss LSU gets in over Louisville, who is essentially this year's Boise State

Depends on where they are ranked. If LSU is number 6 and the ville number 2, they won't be jumped. LSU would have to be 3 to even consider it. Again, this is not the NCAA tourney. The rankings matter in football as they do not in college basketball. LSU needs A LOT of help right now to even get back in the discussion. It could happen but they need like at least 8 or 9 teams to lose and LSU win out. If LSU wins and nobody loses LSU wont move more than maybe 2 spots up. At best.

I still think their schedule would weigh their case down and allow us to jump them. I'm not sure the same could be said of an undefeated Pac 12 or ACC winner.

Even IF by luck we make it, Oregon world annihilate this defense.

World rather not make it than to go and lose like on 1/9.

This!! As much as I hate to admit it the ACC has some good team this year. I think Clemson does enough to stay undefeated and plays Oregon in the NC game.

I believe whoever emrges 12-1 from the SEC is in.

As you can see, I don't believe the SEC champion will be unbeaten.

LSU fans always find some abstract reason for a loss. Lack of motivation, or leadership, or heart, or whatever. Maybe the players just didn't play as well as the other team's?

This year looks like a year where the SEC may knock itself out of the BCSCG...

Thank you for the dose of reality. Some people are being way to extreme about this. Also what's to say mett and the rest of the offense can continue playing at this insane level without having a hiccup or two against some of the stronger teams they have left to play. Cause we know the defense sure as hell can't come and bail the them out.

NO WAY. To many no loss teams ranked ahead of LSU. A one loss SEC team will watch the BCS game on TV.
