Chavis by a mile: A&M torched that defense.

Mississippi State and Ole Miss torched LSU.

21 first downs and over 300 yards for both. Ole Miss over 400.

So, are you saying your Cornhuskers are going to get Cornholed by Mr. Muschamp this weekend?

What offenses have they played?

Check the ranks, then get back to me.

not a fair comparison... give chavis at least 1 more year before you start talking about this

I would not give up on any coordinator after one year. Particularly one who came in and demonstrated improvement. LSU's defense is not quite where we want it in terms of Total Defense, but it is the Chief's first year. I'm not sure if it ever will be with the soft zone he runs on 3rd and long. I do anticipate further improvement.

We need to see what happens on the DL next year.

Run defense. They've allowed about 62 yds/game. Least in the nation.

Hook 'em.

Saban was the real DC. I'd prefer Bo.

Hell yes. If I was LSU I would swap Miles for Muschamp. I think Muschamp is the next bigtime coach.
