The 58-3 thrashing at the hands of Florida in 1993. It wasn't unexpected. It was just that we were so helpless to stop it, on our home field, even.

Can you imagine an LSU team getting whipped by 55 points at home? It happened. Can you even fathom how bad we sucked?

And that was what it was like to go to school at LSU from 1989-1993. The absolute worst football years for LSU, ever. Every student who went to school at that time should be allowed a free ticket to the homecoming game, for life.

Ole Miss 27-24 last year. I was in Oxford and the fans were almost as bad as gumps after the game.

LSU football my 4 years. Archer's last year followed by 3 "Crazy for Curley." Never saw a winning season.

Some highlights
#1 interception game against Auburn
#2 58-3 Against Florida
#3 only winning 2 games one year. People on this board bitch about losing 2 games, try winning on 2.

At least I got to see Shaq and 2 Baseball titles.

LSU lost to #2 Notre Dame and Joe Theismann in South Bend 3-0 in the first game the teams had ever played one another.Tommy Casanova was magnificient
against All American wide receiver Tom Gatewood,
who said "Casanova played me in my jockstrap".
November 21, 1970. We should have won.

2004 - Auburn, UGA and Iowa.

I made it every game that season and somehow they kept finding new and exciting ways to crush my soul on the road. If I had to pick one, I'd say the 2004 Georgia game...UGA got up 24-0 and led 45-10 with 2 minutes left...

I guess LSU's failure to have a quarterback when Mike Miley opted for MLB. I had to sit through two losing years.

USM beating us at home in 1994. It was awful. Seymour the Eagle even flipped off the student section.

1981 - Rudy Macklin slices his finger against Wichita State in the Regional Finals ... LSU goes on to lose to Indiana in the Final Four. Best basketball ever played at LSU, only to fall short in the Final Four.
