Wade set LSU back years… how in the hell can anyone still support him? What he did, he did for himself and his benefit. LSU just happened to be where he did it. If he was doing his thing at Ole Miss, you wouldn’t support him. He’s goner… let him go!

There is a lot of stupid in these 2 sentences. Woodward and Tate chose to fire WW, and as of today, LSU has not been hit with any sanction.
I’m pretty sure going to 4 straight tournaments benefited LSU. It certainly did from a revenue standpoint.

And 90% of our fans immediately forgot about it because simply making the tournament means nothing to major programs. Wade shite in his own bed and now must lie in it. Look where he landed. If he were great you don't think majors would've pursued him? Bruce Pearl at least got Auburn not McNeese. Wade is toxic to everyone outside of LA.

A lot of stupid here too. If people forgot that he took a dead program to 4 straight NCAAT’s then they are idiot. That hasn’t been done here since the 80’s.
Pearl was at Auburn several years later after the NCAA’s show cause had expired. With the investigation still looming, it was tough for a P5 school to hire him. That will change in the next 2 years and he’ll back in the P5.

You really think he’s going to finish his career at Mcneese?
He will rehabilitate his image for a year or two and move onto better things.
By the way, Wade took this job after being out of coaching for one full season. Pearl had a three year show cause before eventually landing at Auburn.

Are we really going to compare the caliber of recruits LSU “should be” getting vs what Mcneese should be able to recruit?
LSU still doesn’t have SEC level talent and will get their asses handed to them again next season. Will Wade will be competing for his conference championship. It’s different levels of basketball but one program will be successful at the level they play at and the other won’t.
