Nah, it's the sloppy drunk frat guys leading the chants.
Not sure about 3rd downs but I guarantee that the band will be playing some T Swift this year. You can hear them practicing it everyday.

When I was a student (mid 2000s) it was actually one of the Christian organizations that were the ones leading STTDB. Don't recall which one exactly, maybe BCM?
