I don't care who we hire, I just want the offense to get back to 2007 mode, and the defense to 2011 style, then we would be ridiculous and unbeatable.

At some point you have to face reality. You told us to trust Miles through,

Malveto
Crowton
Stud
Peveto
And now Chavis

Your opinion is worthless at this point

What point are you making?

We won a national championship with Crowton as our OC. Were we supposed to fire him immediately after?
And Chavis is a great DC.

you always repeat that. I somewhat agree with you on the ignorant part, yourself included. But what do you mean by the entitled part? Is wanting and expecting from LSU better than what we have seen the last few years to much to ask for in your opinion?

You are exactly right, Bill Clay was his name and Miles had every intention on bringing that yahoo down here , who by the way ran the same defense that Lou Tepper did and from insiders you are correct there was such an uproar from some Biggies and others that I actually believe Bertman demanded that he would have to hire someone else as DC. Im glad you brought this up because I believe many on here had forgotten about him trying to bring Bill Clay down here from Okie State.

Hell the 2012 defense would be good enough

Since the posis downvoted the shite out of my thread, I am returning the favor. I will applaud Miles for making a good hire. However, I will not respect him until he (and his teams) stop doing stupid, undisciplined shite.

I down-voted you for failing to recognize Les Miles does make great hires, Les Miles does recruit great players.

Its the other shite is stupid like poor clock management, poor QB play and odd play calling, that Miles can be taken to task for. But to go all negative on Miles is just simply retarded.

I hear Les is looking for a defensive coordinator that can identify, recruit, and develop a quarterback.

He's finally realized that no one on the staff can do any of those tasks.

+10, I agree totally. This whole defensive coordinator thing isn't going to fix the fact that Miles will start Jennings for 2 more years.

Cam developed Mett very well, now its up to him to develop different style QBs which he himself admitted was a poor coaching job this year. One great coaching job then one poor one, Cam knows this year LSU must see improvement.

It will be no surprise to me when he hires Stoops, starts Jennings, and finish 7-5 and hopefully choosing to step down quietly.

I know one thing, no one should be foolish enough to put 100% trust in Miles. That being said, our offense needs to change too; we have all this talent, yet Miles is still using a 1970's Michigan running mentality. The results? We struggle to win games. We will never know how much control Les has over Cam- you wonder if he gets frustrated too!

Can't make chicken salad out of chicken poop. If anyone has delusions that CC can turn someone with such limited skills into a match for one that from Day 1 had obvious skills, they are in for a big letdown.

And Miles HAS brought us Peveto. Twice. So his hiring of coaches is not without blemishes...

Wow. Coming from a poster that swore there was no such thing as an offset I formation. Youre a fricking idiot.

Thinking finishing in the top 15 for the last 3 years is mediocre.

Not if he hires Stoops, he is awful. Loik at his defensive rankings over last 3 years.

74th ranked offense for 5 years and we no longer compete for championships which is miles self stated goal. Fix that and we can talk respect.

This is to imply that we would care more for Saban at Ala or Chavis at Aggieland or Les if he coached somewhere else. Its so shittty of you to imply this about our loyalties, but then you are Katy from Texas.
