how could it get worse than being 7-3 with a chance to finish in the top 20.

Losing to aTm....dropping our last 4 in a row...looking like a dumpster fire in the process....finishing out of the top 25....that would do it.

You've lost at life then if you think that constitutes success. Not when you invest what we do in the sport. And you were dead wrong about be being a fair weather fan. So you lose again.

But poster are shitting on the most successful 10 year stretch in lsu history just because they don't like our offense.

Again... It's an Internet message board. You won't see me shitting on the last 10 years. It's been fun as frick. But the time for change is now.

We won't go back to the 90's era suckage for 2 reasons:
1. We've had a taste of success, and it won't be tolerated. The fire under miles for the slippage is proof of that.

2. Lsu/boosters now understand that it costs money to win. We sucked in the 90s because we were cheapskates and settled for hires that we could afford.look at how they're tossing around 15 million buyouts like its pocket change. The big money people are serious about keeping Lsu as a national power.
Even if jimbo deal falls through, I like how the big money people are stepping up to the plate. You never had that in the 90s.

The question was who has done less with the type of NFL talent LSU has had

My bad. With all these posters shitting on our best decade ever, you have to keep your head on a swivel.

Im sure fans of Miami, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Florida, texas, and Michigan thought the exact same thing. There are programs with more history and resources than lsu that have fallen. Lsu isn't immune to this.

Judging by your post, im sure you have been pleased with that shitty predictable offense under Cameron and our marvelous defense under the most qualified DC we could find right? This isnt a lynch mob, you can take the rose colored glasses off old timer.

What did this NFL talent that Miles had to replace achieve at LSU?

More than 3 of the next 4 teams in the rankings of number of players in the NFL.

We're an automatic 3-4 loss program right now. What would be different with a new coach ? 5-6 losses

Texas botched the saban deal because they weren't willing to back up the money truck. They should have made him turn down 10-12 million/ year if they were serious about winning. Would have been well worth it.
Also they let Mack brown hang around too long for sentimental reasons. I see Lsu doing the opposite on both counts.

People are afraid they'll slip back to the days of mediocrity. My point is that we're already there. Nobody gives a flying frick if you're winning 6 games or 8. At that point, you're irrelevant anyway.

Yeah I'm better than you at everything.

So you think we invest more into sports than Texas? Because they have fallen as program.

I never questioned your fandom. It was more so about age. You said it couldn't get much worse than 7-3 woth a chance to be 9-3. If you were a fan of lsu during the 90's you know this isn't true.

And how has that helped LSU in the last 4 years? What did they achieve here? You dodged the question.

They see the surface only .. Not what's underneath ... They have no Clue how Stale the coaching is against stiff competition for the last 4 years.. You have to look beyond the rent a wins

How do you know this?

are you saying that what has gone down to this point hasn't been a complete embarrassment for the program?

The program has been silent. And if Les steps down and Jimbo takes over next week then you'll say it was a job well done. This could turn into a shitshow, but at this point LSU has done nothing to make it a shitshow and for all we know things are being handled fine.
