So Louisiana doesn't produce any WRs then I guess..... Hmm, I think OBjr might disagree.

Did I say that? No. But go ahead and build your team around a fricking wr. See how that works out for you.

Dak will get drafted, but the last qb from LA to get drafted was 2005. LA hs put athletes at qb.

That's why I never stuck up for Shepard. LSU has had numerous guys switch from qb to another position and thrive.

Claiborne, Randle, Beckwith, Magee, ware. Just some recent ones, but the list gets longer the further back you go. And most of them put up better passing stats than Shepard in hs.

Miles probably meddles, but its the OC's offense.

For one, you are severely underestimating the effects that Miles meddling causes especially when it comes to changing play calls as they come from the booth. (Plays getting in late, confusion, no opportunity for the QB to audible against the defensive alignment, delay of game penalties)

Secondly, you aren't looking at the negative effect having Cam in the booth is having on our young quarterbacks the past two seasons. They should be able to talk the man face to face instead of over a damn headset but Miles wants him up there which provides him more opportunity to change plays. This is how things should be.

Instead we get this.

Also go actually watch the fricking offense when Crowton was here. We didn't run toss dive the first 6 years of Les' time at LSU. We haven't run weak side option since crown left.

Never ran the pistol under Jimbo. Crowton comes and we are running the option out of the pistol, and Flynn was surprisingly good at it. But that offense was Taylor made for someone of RPs skill set.

Every offensive coordinator under Miles has had their own input or brought something different to the game plan. That's very plain to see. The problems have occurred from Miles input. Since 2008, every offense Miles has had, he refuses to exploit the intermediate area of the field. His conservative, ball security, less risk taking approach, suffocates the game plans providing a serious lack of creativity. Defenses know that the Tigers simply aren't going attack the underneath stuff.
