He does nothing of any value to the team. Turnover machine and can't throw it in the ocean from anywhere. Might be the worst college basketball player I've witnessed.

He’s one of our only guards, and a big risk reward. Good defender. WW runs no plays, so he has to create, which makes him look worse with people pushing him off the ball, with his size

He is good on the defensive end except when he misses a gamble and gives up on the play.
He’s a terrible offensive basketball player when he doesn’t have a clear athletic advantage. He’s not particularly skilled and is a bad decision maker.

This board is crazy. He and Pinson the only one trying to attack the basket. It’s only the first half of the game. Nobody has a problem with Days shooting 3 after 3 right. Or nobody crashing the boards but Gaines gets all the blame. This place is hilarious.

0-5 fg, 0-4 3pt, 3 TO, 0 Asst. As mentioned before if he is not athletically superior to his opponent he is a huge liability that his 1 or 2 defensive plays just don't make up for. CWW did the team no favors playing him over Cook. Sadly we'll see this for 2 more years. Here's to hoping he can improve and not be such a showboat.

Gaines is 0-6 tonight. 5 of those shots were 3’s. Darius Days is a 40% 3 point shooter. Gaines has missed his last 21.

He’s typically good and has been very good for is this year. He is playing terrible tonight though.
