In their only SEC game this season Arkansas had a grand total of 2 rushing yards in the 2nd half.

They also only ran the ball 6 times from the RB position, all in the third quarter. They got down two TDs and just started passing after the lightening delay.

They pretty much ran at will the first half.

It's laughable when y'all take offense to this. It was a legit question.

Arkansas ran all over Auburn that first half. Only ran 6 times in the 3rd quarter for 7 yards but got down by two scores and had to completely abandon it. Since then, they have been running over all the defense, and even though they are bad, they have done what they were supposed to and more.

it is probably a combination of a more up to date s&c program along with better o line coach.

We are comparing running games. Why do you not understand that? The guy wondered why they were able to run when people knew they were running, but we can't do the same. What it boils down to is blocking.

Nobody is comparing Arkansas and LSU as football programs. This has nothing to do with wins and losses, we are strictly talking about the ability to do something well even when everybody knows you are doing it. We do it every year, but this year is different.

It's all about blocking scheme and play calling. Yes you know Arkansas is going to run but they are not predictable on where inside or out With LSU you know it's between the tackles with a poor blocking scheme. Miles banks on wearing his opponent down and winning in the 4th.

EXACTLY!!! 1 wide out, I formation is a flipping joke!! I wonder, does Arkansas do any pitch back runs up the middle? I doubt it, we are the only team in merica that does that, and we do it 28 times a game.

LSU misses JC Copeland. Connor Neighbors is not in the same class. Copeland was basically an OG masquerading as a fullback and when he got up a head of steam his blocks could be crushing especially on the second level against linebackers.

Not really. A high school could run on that defense.
