Texas A&M has a serious little brother mentality regarding LSU. LSU is an older A&M institution than aTm and it's obvious that aTm was created to model Big Brother LSU A&M one state over. aTm has tried since Day 1 to be what LSU has always been so it's no surprise that the one-sided rivalry continues today.

Because we are the ONLY team to have beaten Johnny Football TWICE... They have beaten every other SEC-W team that they have played at least once (I think... didn't check facts this A.M... Just off the top of my sleepy head)
ALSO... we are the SEC-W team that hurts them the most in Texas recruiting.

a&m has always and will continue to be desperate for a rival/someon to look up to. They've always been the fly on the horse's arse. They get their shite kicked in..disappear..then all of a sudden reemerge as if it never happened and there's no way they could possibly lose again. Then repeat. Repeatedly.

This all day long. I hated those guys back in the 80s and they hated us. Football and baseball games were pretty hostile. Look back at when we eliminated them from their regional in baseball. Their record was something like 58-7 and we beat that arse on their home field.

Agreed. I've been in Houston for over 5 years now. For the most part, Aggies are the most annoying fan base around.
