Did we not the have the confidence in our defense that we thought WVU had the capability to score 3 times unanswered to go ahead 42-41?

Or was Miles just trying to make the scoreboard look pretty?

What card? You're up 19 points, just kick it, go up 20 and go about your business.

Because you never know what will happen. Good call.

there is a card that tells coaches when they should go for two.. that is one of the most obvious situations to do it.. you arent really hurt if you dont get it, and you go up by 21, covering 3 TDs if you do..

Judging by our past Special Teams performances, pretty sure Les wipes his arse with that card.

I understand you aren't really hurt if you don't get it, but it's not THAT beneficial. I don't see why you don't just take the point.

You're coaching IQ is low. ALWAYS go for two when the possibility allows a multiple of "7" ... Coaching 101

... Your's is not to question why, just raise hell and "DO OR DIE"

Seriously?? Les knew that WV would go for it on all 4th downs from there out and would be going for TD's

Not enough possions left in the game from WV to get to FG's and two Td's. It was the right play

41 points means nothing different than 40.

I hate going for two, but that was the right time to do it.

We didn't take it at 26 or 33? Why at 40?

Three touchdowns isn't unheard of.

The way they were passing on our D you HAVE to go ahead and make it a 21 point game.

Not doing so is stupid.

Not to mention our kicking game was sucking balls.

Or.....

Practice it in a game where it's not needed for a game when you do need it.

In 10 minutes, it's a stretch, at best.

We kept them under us, and let them think they were doing what they wanted. Had the time come, we easily switch back to our blitz packages and handle it.

Not saying that doing so is, but not doing so isn't really all too dumb.

Fake field goals and such and ballsy 4th down calls. The adage is that you should never take off points off the board, but CLM does it quite frequently, so to say he gives a damn about some "card" is stupid.
