Why are the players playing for Trent Johnson and didn't for John Brady? Because Brady sucked and they didn't respect him. It's the same for Jarrett Lee.

did anyone else see what Thomas Jones said about Brett Favre. U kind of get mad when ur playin ur heart out and someone else continously screws up. it kills the morality of the team! I imagine the team feels the same way about Jarret Lee. Jefferson does not make the big play for the other team. the team rallied behind him. did u see the licks he took last nite.

Yes it can. But some of these people want to make everything complex.
JJ is/was the best qb on the team this year. Miles screwed up by not starting him earlier because he misread his potential to play and lead the team to victory. Mistakes happen, and even Les Miles makes a mistake here and there. Thank God that we figured it out going into the Ark game with no choice really. I'm sorry that Lee got hurt, but the upside was that LSU found an athlete at qb again. We got the win, and have a little confidence going into next season. Confidence has been a foreign word in Baton Rouge since the beginning of October.
The way the qb is playing on the team is invaluable to how the other athletes on offense perform. Throw out conspiracy theories and let's focus on the rational and logical aspect of it.

The defense didn't give up 50+ against Georgia. The offense gave up 14 and let Georgia start a drive inside the 15 on another score.
Truth is no matter who the DC's would have been against Florida, Georgia, and Alabama yall would have been beat. Florida was better, and the offense handed the other two the game. So dont start that shite about the defense gave up 50 on Georgia.
Better QB play during the year and you would be 10-3 maybe 11-2 and the DC's would still be there.

You people are all idiots. We had 9 weeks to build our playbook around this motherfricker. If this didn't work nothing would have. We basically rewrote the playbook based on his strengths.

FIVE TD drives over 60 yards. Five. To an offense that only punted 5 times. When you give up as many 60+ yard TD drives as you force punts, your defense is performing way worse than an offense that scores 38 and gives away 14.

I watched the game and saw a quarterback who scanned the field, I saw a quarterback who went thru his progressions instead of going to the primary reciever all the time. I saw a quarterback who had mobility made a play with his legs when people where covered.
I saw a quarterback who can lead LSU and have us national championship contenders next year. Just take the win man.
