Notre Dame will get more eyeballs on LSU than any other option so I'll take them. And we have played them more than any other SEC school iirc so let's add to that series.
Northwestern and NC State are the two no one will watch so those are the ones to avoid.
Mich State is a Meh but does have a little cache

Some team ranked higher than LSU. That is all.

Michigan ... not Miami.
I do not want to end the season and begin a season with the same team.

Toughest to easiest matchup for us IMO:
Notre Dame [A better version of Michigan State's mobile QB, GREAT RB in Adams]
Michigan [Flat out bad QB, but some good RBs, solid talent overall]
NC State [Ryan Finley factor, plus decent RB]
Michigan State [Mediocre but very mobile QB, not a good rushing team]
Northwestern [Bad QB, cant run the ball either, way out talent them]
All defenses are roughly similar except NC State's which is a step below the other 4's for sure.

Personally I want LSU vs USC if at all that could happen.
It can't happen. USC, Miami and Ohio State are all pretty much locked into the NY6, even if they all lose this weekend. There is no PAC tie-in that could match-up with LSU outside of the NY6.
It will be LSU vs B1G in the Citrus or Outback (most likely)
OR the SEC will screw LSU with a lower tier bowl vs the ACC or Big 12. (Less likely)

I want an easy victory. Would take Northwestern in a heart beat!!

Them NW boys are generally sharp, great academic school.
LSU/NW would generate poor TV ratings though.

I personally would like to beat the shite out of the overranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish..........again.

1.) USC
- Been waiting on this since 2003.
2.) Michigan
- Two big time programs. Two interesting coaches.
3.) ND
- Same as above but revenge for 2014.

Yeah there is no SEC PAC 12 bowl game unfortunately

Would be amazing, but won't happen just because of how the bowl tie-ins work. Even if they lose the Pac 12 Title Game to Stanford, they still wouldn't end up in a bowl game against an SEC Team.
I hate how the tie-ins seem to always have the Pac 12 playing the Mountain West, Big 10, and Big 12. While the SEC Bowl Tie-ins always have us playing the Big 10, ACC, and the Big 12.
They need to have at least one SEC/Pac 12 matchup.

Notre Dame or Michigan. ND and Harbaugh evoke strong feelings, especially negative. Would have a higher level of national interest (beyond each teams' respective fan base) than a more "bland" opponent. Better chance for LSU to end the season strong and possibly enhance recruiting. "Geaux Tigers!"
The reason Reece will make sure
LSU draws Michigan St

Someone we can beat. Getting to 10 wins is more important than a great matchup.

I would like to see a matchup against Penn State with the two best running backs in college football go at it. Plus want to get revenge from the last time we lost to them a few years back.
