Read my original post i said while Michael Brooks was a 3-4 OLB he very easily could have been a dominant end in a 4-3. Look up some of his games he overpowered bigger tackles routinely. In my opinion he is the best linebacker to ever play at LSU!

Probably a top 5 defensive player period in LSU history.

Agreed. Dude has a Suzuki Samari and turned it on its side at Popeyes I. BR running it up on a curb. Got out flipped it back upright and kept rolling.

You do realize oliver has more career sacks right?

I believe you said he was "far more productive". You do realize what that means, right? Now look at his stats and ask yourself if that is accurate.

I have talked Melvin Oliver up on this board for years. He was solid and steady. But He wasn't better than Tyson Jackson, much less "far more productive".

You and your worthless tackle stat for defensive lineman Speaking of your 10year old, how often does he sneak on your account?

You guys are too young. Jesus, you've missed a lot. Ernest Maggiore--'63 thru '65, back when you didn't show up in the SEC without an outstanding defense.
