People who havent been watching LSU football the past 5 years and think that Les Miles is the only reason recruits wants to come here

Agree. All potential candidates know the job is open and we have plenty of time to get someone in place for right away at the end of the season and sell them to recruits to come here.

I understand doing it now. Just wish it was done last Nov when he was shown the respect he deserved on his way out instead of a Sunday in middle of season behind closed doors

I think Cam should have been left in auburn. I don't like firing the head coach midseason even tho I can see their point in doing so.

I am because he has proven to be a great coach who had elevated the program. I live in Ohio and before Les was hired I would get to watch on tv about 4 or 5 games a year. Ever since Les has been the coach I get to watch them all. I only hope we hire someone just as good

Miles knew FULL and well what he was getting into to start this season.
He decided to show his stubborn arse in Game 1.

I wasn't against it in Nov 2015, I just knew it wouldn't happen and wasn't real adamant about it.

I'm just a little worried about finding a coach for next year. I don't see Jimbo leaving, and if LSU can't get Herman....
Also, I don't think there was any chance we could of fired Cam without firing Miles as well. Those two were a package deal.

You think les is the reason LSU is on tv in Ohio? Sorry man he has nothing to do with it. You see just about every major program on tv every week

Miles needed to go but if you think we don't take a major hit in recruiting for a few years you are crazy.
