Just like Les made a business decision then they are making one now. If any fan cannot see what a complete shite show our offense has been for years then I can't help you.

What would a competent offensive Coach do with an NFL QB, two all-pro level wide receivers, and two NFL starting running backs? A damn shame we didn't do more in 2013

No one is mad at Les for leveraging for more money. Everyone does that at some point in their work lives. What is making everyone mad is the people on here and in the media who think that we owe him something or they act like we are on his lawn with pitchforks. He used a hated rival to get more money & he has done NOTHING to warrant the extension he got. THAT'S what's pissing people off here and what's pissing the op off.

The whole Arkansas shite show was the beginning of the end for Miles. The Michigan shenanigans were maybe understandable, but the Arkansas move was an absolute slap in the face to the LSU fans, boosters and admins. Miles has had what's coming his way Sunday since then. Handcuffing our asses over a possible job opening at a rival...frick him!

Proof?

None of y'all have any proof of this.

All I hear is no one would hire Miles, now he leveraged LSU over other job offers?

Make up your god damn minds. He either sucks, or he was/is an in demand coach.

And he did it 4 weeks from NSD. Put JA in a box. You ask for that, you better produce.

Having the best regular season in the 122 year history of the fricking program doesn't warrant an extension?

And you idiots think another coach will come here? Oh beat everyone you play, but you won't get any support from the AD.

Which earned him the right to embarrass us on national television when we couldn't get it past the 50 yard line and Jarrett Lee rode the bench, that was the day Miles lost me

So Alleva was a moron that got outfoxed by another moron and now he's some shot caller pulling some home run coaching coup that everyone is certain will happen. Got it

Sure it does. With any job performance should rewarded and coaching is a performance based position. So, considering his team's SEC records over the last few years and the three in a row double digit losses, then you must understand that under performing has consequences, too. It works both ways.

We blamed Alleva for not laughing him out of the office and telling him that if he was stupid enough to trade LSU for Arkansas, then he as too stupid to be LSU's coach. Alleva was the stupid one, as it turns out.

Many on this site agreed with it to keep miles...

Don't give me that BS, people like you are acting like we are beating up poor little Les who has dedicated his life to LSU, he's the one who made the decision to bend us over by threatening to leave for a big rival. We give him the huge contract and buyout and he does the same old thing running into a 9 man front all game getting abused by Bama doing NOTHING to give us a chance to win.

for the 1000th time, bonuses are set in his contract for making sec title games, NC games, just like any other coach. he shouldn't have gotten a raise for that, that was a poor decision by aleva
