He's way past LSU, he's playing for himself as a national commentator. He'll say whatever it takes to get ratings and a promotion.

Whether you agree with him or not, you know exactly where he is coming from and why,

Booger is pretty knowledgeable about LSU. If you disagree it's because you don't know shite.

I'm betting the people criticizing Booger for being negative are the same ones who dismiss opinions of fans for never having played football

So no former LSU player should ever say anything negative about LSU?

Booger is all Nick Saban. He doesn't support LSU very often from what I've seen.

He loves LSU he's probably just mad he is in no way involved in the decision with the big money guys. Whoever thinks Alleva is making this choice on his own doesn't know how there things work.

I honestly don't like him a great deal. I disagree with just about every take I've heard him have on the radio.

I think we are seeing the effects of 4-6 to many years of Miles and hiring of light weights Alleva and King.

Anyone who says something negative is against LSU. You numb nuts his job is to tell his opinion as a national analyst, not kiss LSU's arse.

Booger is fantastic!

Zed44: When did booger become the pope of Lsu football

McFarland recently said "You cut me from the Rooter to the Tooter and I am all Purple and Gold. I have to try and maintain some appearance of impartiality in my job. I was part of the class that started the turnaround at LSU from 95-98 and I will be damned if I not going to try and fix the problem."

In today's segment about "not hiring O" he also said LSU is looking for a long-term solution and that football is in the Entertainment business. Alleva has to pay off a 100 million stadium expansion and keep the Boosters donating with championships, top recruits. Everyone talks about how hard it is to get people to stay and watch the games. With Tom Herman you would have people fighting over tickets. Plus Saban takes lessons from Herman. Hire Herman and Saban is old news.

WHAT ATTITUDE??? I see a guy that loves LSU and wants THE BEST for LSU! He was correct last year and this year about Les Miles and he is correct about Coach O not being the right man for LSU in 2016...it would be called settling for a coach instead of bringing the best available.
